blueseawaves,  I'm too tired to boot up the game and get new screenshots, but I've tweaked the greenhouse. I've made shifted it one block wider and narrower, so it's a rectangle instead of a square, and I found the doors that were the full height of the medium walls (which are forced on me by Glimmerbrook Watch being that tall). I'll try to get pictures soon... if I can just get a passable night's sleep ever again.

Visited a household I've left alone for a while and decided to watch the tv with them. The tv being blurry was mildly infuriating 😖 "I didn't know Kyle was on a reality dating show. Rooting for you buddy!"  "Woah wasn't expecting that ending....Least he won?"  Later on at night...at 3 in the morning Colette decided to wake up to eat some candy 😆 I would expect the kids to do that, not her. Thinking about hosting a costume party for Halloween with them 😄  |

blueseawaves A costume party sounds super cute! I guess the TV is blurry so that the game runs better? I don't know.  luciusstorm Oh my goodness! It would be so embarrassing to have a celebrity for a parent. You'd be bombarded with all the things you didn't want to know about them.

I decided early on that Miranda lives in a state of perpetual embarrassment about her mother.  It's one of the most fun parts of writing their relationship. |

ellupelluellu Oh my goodness. I have not played the update yet this week. It's nice to know that the eyes look so...nice. And spooky. I'm a little scared of her now, to be honest. I hope it is okay if I cheat a little, as this happened yesterday. Helena was at home, doing normal Sim things like homework and making offerings to the sprites when all of a sudden, this guy shows up:  Who is he? Well, this is Love the Undying, my dollar store version of Cupid/Eros. He is from my failed legacy, but he lives on in my tray somewhere. Once upon a time, he wore a gold lamé suit and had matching gilded butterfly wings, but alas, those items are broken. Surprisingly, he's heard of Helena and is a huge fan. I was not expecting this much admiration from the god of love.

ellupelluellu Ooo was wondering how the eyes would look, she looks great! 😃 arieltriffic lol its ok to cheat 😉 His outfit looks perfect on him Nora continues her friendship with Brytani Cho. She invited her over and asked for help with homework. Brytani got homework ptsd flashbacks  She still tried to help. Nora invited her to her parents costume party. "Sorry, but I have a comedy gig that night"  Before she left Nora shared a joke with her. It was too good, she had to go outside where no one else would hear it 😆 "I'm going to borrow that" Brytani loved it 😁  The next day Colette had fantastic news to celebrate

While thinking through my Simmer future, I decided to make a self-indulgent little file. No legacy gameplay, no pressure to tell a good story, just two Sims based on OCs that have meant the world to me since I was 14, and a space to explore the world with them. If I needed an excuse, it'd be so I can have ideas for future stories. Luckily, I don't!  Meet Maia Ventia and Alvena Autumn. This is actually not the first time I've put these two into Sims- the first time was the very first time I played Sims! But that file was several computers ago and has been lost to time, and a lot has changed about the characters anyway. Time to unwind, learn about the game, and get myself ready to face the world of lit once more! |

luciusstorm Can confirm, being embarrassing is one of the most fun things about being a teenager's mom  ellupelluellu that's.... wow. I rather regret being in the midst of RL creative projects and unable to spend time on the reaper's rewards at the moment. Hopefully I get to catch up before they are over!
