I'm kinda disappointed that the City Living apartment mechanics work in Evergreen apartments now too. They were my go to for apartments without having to deal with neighbors. Might have to look if there's a mod for this  |

Since my Lit has some Sims that are each other's family despite them coming from different CAS households, I used MCCC's features to set them as such in game. Well, I guess at some point I accidentally set my Sim and her love interest as related to each other. I've deleted relbits, I've deleted and reset the ENTIRE RELATIONSHIP, and they STILL think they're siblings!!! Help!

After resolving the above-discussed difficulty (by replacing the malfunctioning love interest with a clone) my heart became full because I put the two on a date and the Unflirty one of the two was the one to give the pop up to let me make the relationship official. Sometimes Sims really is just a "you two are adorable, now KISS" simulator

blueseawaves I'm afraid that has been the case at least since I started playing TS4 in summer 2020... my first sim-family lived in those apartments and had the neighbor issues. It would surprise me if no one has made a mod to fix it

Fixing bugs! Today Mona traveled to Geekcon where Masato happened to pass by. Of course 🙄  The festival has ended. Photo time. You might be asking why the angry faces?.....The festival has ENDED! Everything stays in the square. Posters are floating in the air. Wait for it.....  Mona knows some spells and she decides to fix the game with an effective spell. Inferniate!  Miraculously, the spell removes most objects  Everything is gone....  Apart from the annoying floating flowers....Inferniate!   This is hilarious...😅  Inferniate!  "Hello woman. What are you doing!?"  Fixing bugs..... Inferniate! 🤣  Yeeah! I am a genius! I am....  Ooops! Argh!?  Nooooooo!  Fortunately, she wasn't seriously injured.  Time for a quick wash  ....and a drink on top of a deed well done.  As you can see, the result is pretty convincing. The idea is free for anyone to use, but just to be safe, make sure you get a higher rank in magic before trying this. Mona self-ignited several times during the process. (Of course, this is just a joke while we wait for an update. I'm desperate!)

Thanks mightysprite! I'm glad some fun can come out of the misery. I was actually considering writing a spinoff chapter to Tusnelda's story about Mona's experiences with the festival bug because it keeps me from continuing my usual story updates. My game is infected with all the bugs right now. The overlapping festivals, floating flowers and abandoned plates and cups in open spaces. It's pretty demotivating. Maybe I should submit my save for investigation? I just need to remove my mods first. |
