luciusstorm Wonderful ending! I'm so glad Lucius of the Luscious Hair survived. Everyone seems so happy and settled now. That reminds me, there's a mod that allows you to revive the plant. So, if someone were to engage in some shenanigans...

ellupelluellu, thank you. Even unconscious, Lucius is just a little bit stranger than Molly can comfortably cope with. It's what makes them a good team. Take care of yourself. Even short comments are always appreciated. arieltriffic, glad you like it. Lucius and his Hair must survive. They are needed.
Also I think after everything he went through to put her down, if someone brought the Mother back, Lucius would be... upset. Lucius upset is a thing to be avoided.

luciusstorm A tale well told sir. It's nice to see someone else's take a a familiar story and see what they do with it. Very entertaining.

The sunset at the start felt so cinematic. Enjoyed your take on the story 😁 Glad that Lucius just needed rest, and Molly is deciding on staying there too, she's a great fit there.

Caerfinon, thank you. I know, I know... at some point I want to sit down and read your take on the story. It's on my list of things to do. Unfortunately, that list is longer than my ability to do it. blueseawaves, the scenery in that world is once again amazing. Sometimes, I just want to get scenery shots... and now I'm wondering if I could make a "nature photographer" character (because I need more characters).

luciusstorm No rush. For everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven....

luciusstorm I have a photographer in my story. (It is a freelance career you can choose.) Maybe my photographer should delve more into nature photography than fashion. Your idea sounds awesome 😊

LoL, yeah now I have a new character idea... later. They need to fix San My first. I need San My working for that storyline.

luciusstorm That was a fantastic ending. 😃 After her friendship with Cassie and Gwen you would think an 8 year-old and a magic cat wouldn't nudge the needle on weirdness. 😁

luciusstorm That was a fantastic ending. 😃 After her friendship with Cassie and Gwen you would think an 8 year-old and a magic cat wouldn't nudge the needle on weirdness. 😁 Thank you. I justify this by the fact that it's been 20 relatively mundane years (well, maybe 10-15 mundane years, plus college). Molly's memories of Cassie and Gwen have been blunted with time and so her weirdness meter recalibrated.

I always like seeing others' writing process. The afterword was worth the read!
Aw. This is such a true statement. I think "little people doing big things" is at the core of so many beloved stories. David and Goliath. The book of Esther. The Lord of the Rings. The Hiding Place. There are lots of situations that are incredibly dark, but just a handful of courageous people can turn things around.
