I thought it might be fun to add a section specifically for Sims 4 speculations, rumours, leaks, etc?
That was always a fun section to participate in at the old forum (at least for me)... especially when a new Road Map would come out or when a guru would toss out a hint on social media.
A new road map should be coming out pretty soon (over the next couple of weeks) for the next quarter (Sept to Dec), so I figure many of us (okay maybe just me) will want to toss around ideas and thoughts on what new packs might be coming out with the new road map?
A section dedicated for just that type of discussion will allow people to create new threads any time they discover something new on the internet (hint, leak, etc) without clogging up the Sims 4 general discussion section too much.
What do you guys think? Yay or nay?

I for one would enjoy a thread like that. I’ve always loved seeing people’s thoughts about what’s coming next, and seeing what hints and leaks others have discovered.

Hi AncientMuse and freddyfox1234 If you go to the Sims4 Board, the second map is titled - Sims4 Packs & Updates - Discuss Sims4 packs, updates and speculations. I would suggest you create the topic here. Personally, I like the simple layout of the page here with few clear headings where you can create subcategories and topics. |

Hey AncientMuse freddyfox1234 I'll be happy to add additional boards if there's demand for them. I will add to list for this month's update. We are only somewhat reluctant to split boards too much further right now as our membership is very small and there are barely any posts in many sections. Don't want it to feel like a ghost town.  |

True enough, that makes sense. You're right, it's not really necessary to start creating different categories in the Sims 4 section just yet, there's not much for traffic and threads happening in these early days of the forum. It'll be a long time before that section ever starts to get clogged up with a mishmash of topic discussions.

I feel like someone could start a speculations and rumors thread in the general discussions section rather than creating a whole section for it. SnuffyBucket, if that topic becomes super popular and has a ton of different threads, so that it needs its own section, is it difficult to move already existing threads into a different section/board? |
